Mumbai: Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar, whoonce reportedly had an affair with actress Shilpa Shetty,has expressed happiness over the birth of her son.
“It is a very good news. I hope everyone is healthyand happy and they remain so ever,” Akshay said.
Shetty, 36, gave birth to a baby boy at Hinduja hospitalin suburban Khar yesterday morning.
Post his break-up with Raveena Tandon, Akshay reportedlywas engaged to Shilpa, but things went sour between the twoand they broke up.
Following the break-up, Akshay married Twinkle Khannain 2001 and has an 11-year old son Aarav. The couple is nowexpecting their second child.
Shilpa tied knot with London-based businessman Raj Kundrain 2009.
