Interestingly the movie is inspired by two movies Ice Castles and a Tamil film titled Thulladha Manamum Thullum. The plot revolves around Pinky, an aspiring dancer who loses her eyesight. When she loses all her confidence, Nandan helps her gain her confidence and helps her prepare for a competition. 

2. FINDING FANNY – DISNEY+ HOTSTAR

Dark, funny and filled with various emotions, Finding Fanny might not have made money at the box office but it’s certainly a one-time watch. Also starring Arjun Kapoor and Naseeruddin Shah, the movie is about Ferdie, an old postman who embarks on a road trip to find his lost love Stefanie, whom he fondly calls Fanny. In this journey, he is accompanied by Angie, Savio, Rosie and Don Pedro. The movie is a beautiful take on love, life, truth, relationship and more. 

3. KARTIK CALLING KARTIK – NETFLIX AND AMAZON PRIME VIDEO

Starring Farhan Akhtar and Deepika Padukone, Karthik Calling Karthik narrates the story of the protagonist who keeps receiving strange calls from an unknown caller. Helmed by Vijay Lalwani, the film keeps you at the edge of your seat and makes for an entertaining watch.

4. CHHAPAAK – DISNEY+ HOTSTAR

Directed by Meghana Gulzar, this movie brings Deepika Padukone in a power-packed avatar where she plays an acid attack survivor. Based on a true incident, Chhapaak is a story of Malti who falls victim to an acid attack and fights to get justice. But this journey is filled with endless court procedures while she battles to heal mentally.
