On the professional front, Akshay Kumar is gearing up for his upcoming movie “OMG 2.” The film, directed by Amit Rai, features him in the role of Lord Shiva’s messenger and also stars Yami Gautam, Pankaj Tripathi, and Arun Govil.

Although the movie has faced some controversy over its premise and scenes, the amended trailer was shared by Akshay after receiving an A rating from the censor board. The highly-anticipated satirical comedy-drama, a sequel to the 2012 hit film “OMG- Oh My God!”, will hit theaters on August 11.
