According to Housing.com, the cost of the 55-year-old Bollywood actor’s prime residence is estimated to be around Rs 80 crore. From a walk-in closet to a home theatre and a massive outdoor garden space, the house owned by Kumar is equipped with all modern amenities. It also offers an unrestricted view of the Arabian Sea.

Luxurious apartment in a high-rise tower

Apart from his sea-facing house in Juhu, Akshay Kumar also owns a luxurious apartment in a high-rise tower (Joy Legend) in Khar West. According to Moneycontrol.com, Kumar had purchased the apartment in 2022 for a whopping Rs 7.8 crores. Spread across 1,878 square feet, the apartment owned by Kumar is located on the 19th floor of the residential tower. The property deal included four car parking spaces as well.

According to The Times of India, Akshay Kumar had shelled out Rs 18 crores to purchase four apartments, each having an area of 2,200 square feet, in 2017. Located in Transcon Triumph – Tower 1 in Andheri, all four properties are on the 21st floor of the 38-storey residential tower. The report also suggests that Kumar sold one of his properties to music director Daboo Malik for Rs 6 crore in August last year (2022).
A Rolls-Royce Phantom VII

The actor also owns a set of high-end cars. One of the most expensive rides in his collection is the seventh generation of the Phantom, according to Hindustan Times. Powered by a 460 Bhp 6.75-litre twin-turbo V12 engine, the base model of the car comes at Rs 9.50 crores, making it one of the most expensive cars in India.
