Dhaago Se Baandhaa depicts his tender feelings upon his sister getting married. The visuals interweave flashbacks of brother-sister connection in their childhood into the present wedding ceremony, leaving both the family and fans in tears.

Dhaagon Se Baandhaa is sung by Arijit Singh and Shreya Ghoshal. It is composed by music director Himesh Reshammiya with lyrics by Irshad Kamil. When Karan Johar asked Akshay Kumar if he gets trolled, the actor replied that he doesn’t go online much. He added, “At the most, they write about Canada, which I don’t care.” Karan Johar then pointed out, “The trolls call you Canada Kumar.”

Akshay Kumar then replied, “Yeah Canada Kumar. Okay call me that”. Karan then inquired if he gets trolled for doing films with younger actresses. Akshay Kumar replied with, “They do because they are jealous. Why shouldn’t I? I can work with them. Lagta hun kya 55 ka (Do I look 55)?”

Raksha Bandhan movie is directed by Anand L Rai and is produced by Aanand L. Rai, Alka Hiranandani under the Zee Studios, Colour Yellow Productions and Cape of Good Films banners. The movie is all set to hit the big screens on 11th August, 2022.
