Raashi Khanna gets a spiritual sail off. Known for her amazing acting prowess online, the actress has now decided to take on the path of peace and enlightenment. The actress visited ‘Art Of Living’, that carries on the teachings of Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, an Indian Yoga Guru.

What’s more, the actress took to her Instagram profile to share some beautiful admirable moments straight from the place. In the pictures, we can see her meditating amidst nature and mountains, finding her solace. Sharing the photodump, the actress went on to explain the benefits and perks of Meditation, and what is it in wholesome.

Sharing the photodump on Instagram, Raashi Khanna explained to her fans the perks and benefits of meditation. She wrote, “Meditation cannot be explained in words, it can only be experienced with the guidance of a guru.”

She added, “The questions – “What is meditation? How do we do it? How do we surrender to it!” – always plagued me till I went to the @artofliving The thirst for knowledge quenched here and it also gave me a direction I am so grateful for! A big thank-you to all the teachers for your guidance and love.”
