Talented actress Raashi Khanna, launched by Srinivas Avasarala with Oohalu Gusagusalade, is slowly making her presence felt in Tollywood with a handful of projects in 2019.
Her movie Venky Mama, in which she plays the lead opposite Naga Chaitanya, is set to release on December 13th, 2019.
Speaking to the media about the movie and her experience, Raashi thanked the director, Bobby, for supporting her in pulling off the role of a girl obsessed with TikTok videos. Raashi made an earnest effort to speak Telugu at the press meet. She spoke the language interspersed with English inputs and she excelled in her speech, which was impressive as Telugu is not her native language. Raashi Khanna opined she was fortunate to work with Venkatesh, who is a legend in Tollywood. She also added it was nice to work with Naga Chaitanya after Manam.
Raashi Khanna will appear in two movies this December, in Prati Roju Pandaage with Sai Taj and in Venky Mama with Naga Chaitanya.
