Tamannaah on comparison with Raashii Khanna: We are focused on doing our best

Actor Tamannaah Bhatia recently addressed constant comparisons with her contemporary Raashii Khanna. The two share the screen in ‘Aranmanai 4’. During the promotion of the Hindi release of ‘Aranmanai 4’, Tamannaah exclusively told IndiaToday.in, ‘Comparisons are inevitable but I believe in healthy competition.’

‘One is often pitted against another. Ensuring that one is secure during this phase has a lot to do with who you are as a person, and it’s got nothing to do with the other person. Security comes from within,’ said Tamannaah.

Speaking about her equation with Raashii Khanna and their on-set camaraderie, Tamannaah added, ‘Even when we were doing a song together and dancing very close to each other in the same frame, we were focused on doing our best. There was also a sense of support from Raashii’s end and I felt that.’

Tamannaah opined that their on-screen chemistry would not have worked if they felt they were pitted against each other. ‘For me, good chemistry is created between two people when they are working in synergy and are doing the same thing with their own mirch masala. That makes the outcome look exciting,’ the actor said.

She also praised Raashii for being a secure actor as she added, ‘I have worked with various actors but not everyone is secure. Raashii, on the other hand, is a very secure actor and that is a rare thing to see.’
