ประกาศผลเป็นที่เรียบร้อยแล้วสำหรับการประกวดนางงามบนเวทีอันทรงเกียรติ “Miss Grand International 2023” หรือมิสแกรนด์อินเตอร์เนชั่นแนล 2023 ซึ่งจัดขึ้นอย่างยิ่งใหญ่ ณ สนามกีฬาในร่มฟู้เถาะ นครโฮจิมินห์ ประเทศเวียดนาม โดยในปีนี้มีตัวแทนสาวงาม 70 คนจากทั่วโลกมาร่วมเก็บตัว และประชันความสวย ความสามารถกันอย่างเต็มที่ แต่ในท้ายที่สุดมงกุฎทอง หรือ Golden Crown ก็ตกเป็นของ Luciana Fuster มิสแกรนด์เปรู ด้าน “อุ้ม ทวีพร” ตัวแทนสาวงามจากประเทศไทยทำผลงานได้ยอดเยี่ยมโดยติด Top 10
ตำแหน่งรองอันดับ 2 ได้แก่ Miss Grand Columbia
ตำแหน่งรองอันดับ 3 ได้แก่ Miss Grand United States of America
ตำแหน่งรองอันดับ 4 ได้แก่ Miss Grand Vietnam
สำหรับบรรยากาศการประกวด Miss Grand International 2023 นั้นเริ่มต้นด้วยการแนะนำตัวของเหล่าสาวงาม 70 คนที่เข้าประกวด โดยการประกวดมีการประกาศรายชื่อผู้ผ่านเข้ารอบ 20 คนสุดท้าย พร้อมทั้งประกาศรางวัลต่างๆ
รางวัลชุดประจำชาติยอดเยี่ยมเป็นของ 3 ประเทศคือ Miss Grand Japan, Miss Grand Nigeria และMiss Grand Vietnam
รางวัล Miss Popular Vote เป็นของ Miss Grand Myanmar ซึ่งจะได้เข้ารอบ 10 คนสุดท้ายโดยอัตโนมัติ
รางวัล Best Swimsuit เป็นของ Miss Grand Dominican Republic
ผู้ผ่านเข้ารอบ 10 คนสุดท้าย และได้มีการกล่าวสุนทรพจน์ Stop the war and violence ยุติสงครามและความรุนแรง
