A new video from Ira Khan and Nupur Shikhare’s wedding has appeared on social media. It shows the bride’s parents — Aamir Khan and his ex wife Reena Dutta — dancing together.

Aamir Khan was the ideal father at his daughter Ira’s recent wedding with Nupur Shikhare. A new video from their nuptials has surfaced on social media, and it shows Aamir and his former wife, Reena Dutta, holding hands and dancing together. They share an emotional moment with their daughter, as the three of them wrap each other in a tight hug.

Ira and Nupur shared the video on their respective Instagram handles on Saturday, reminiscing about their three-day long wedding festivities in Udaipur, in March. The video features Aamir, his ex-wives Reena Dutta and Kiran Rao, Azad Rao Khan, nephew Imran Khan, and Imran’s girlfriend, Lekha Washington. Watch here:

In the video, an emotional Aamir says, “She kind of grew up quite fast. Much faster than me for sure.” Kiran Rao, who helped Aamir and Reena with the wedding preparations, adds, “Felt very much like it was me in this celebration.”

Social media users reacted to the video, and dropped sweets comments on the post. One person wrote, “How beautiful….rightly said by @swa_kel this wedding broke many stereotypes…u guys are too cute @nupur_popeye @khan.ira 🧿🧿.” Another user wrote, “Such beautiful memories and so wonderfully put together ❤️ Stay blessed dear @khan.ira and @nupur_popeye 😘.” Actor Elli EvrRam wrote, “Best❤️ refreshing to see a wedding like this! The video is a sweet recap of all the ceremonies that took place at Ira and Nupur’s wedding. About Ira’s wedding, Aamir had earlier said, “My emotion was like a shehnai. It’s an instrument which is actually played in shaadis. Shehnai mein ek quality hoti hai ki wo aapko thodi si khushi bhi deti hai aur thodi si udaasi bhi deti hai. Uska ek mixture hota hai emotions ka. Khushi bhi deti hai aur thodi se udaasi bhi hoti hai (Shehnai has a quality that it gives you happiness and a little bit of sadness. It’s a mixture of emotions. Makes you happy and sad both). So, that’s my emotion.”
