In ‘Kalki 2898 AD’, Deepika Padukone plays Sum-80, also known as Sumathi, who is destined to give birth to a child prophesied to end the Kali Yuga and initiate a new era. Kamal Haasan’s character, Supreme Yaskin, aims to eliminate the child, while Amitabh Bachchan’s Ashwatthama is tasked with safeguarding the unborn.
