Ranveer Singh had the most ‘fulfilling’ experience watching ‘Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani’ with his wife Deepika Padukone at a theatre, and he spilled all the details at the film’s success meet.
The actor, who was joined by his director Karan Johar and costars Alia Bhatt and Dharmendra, was asked about Deepika’s reaction to the film after photos of the two attending a screening at a local theatre went viral.Reminiscing his Saturday movie date night with his wife, he said, ‘It was one of the most fulfilling experiences of my life to watch the film with Deepika. It was a Saturday night. We were watching the film on the last row-recliners. She was laughing, clapping, whistling, crying and going ‘aww’ when she saw the film.’

For the big night out, Deepika surprised the paparazzi when she arrived for the movie date with a blue denim jacket with Ranveer Singh’s initials ‘RS’ written on the front and the hunk’s colourful image imprinted at the back.
After the film, she even shot a cute video with her hubby in their car. The clip saw the star dancing to the hit dance track ‘What Jhumka?’ Sharing the video on his handle, Ranveer wrote, ‘She LLLLLLLOVED it!!!’
Responding to the cute reel, Alia left a bunch of heart-eyes emoticons in the comments section.

The film that marks Ranveer and Alia’s reunion on the big screen also marks KJo’s return to the director’s chair seven years after the release of his last film ‘Ae Dil Hai Mushkil’. Speaking about the difference between working with Ranveer Singh after working with Ranbir Kapoor, Karan best described it as a ‘culture shock’.
At the event, he said, ‘Before this, I had worked with Ranbir who is very calm and composed and used to bring his energy on Ae Dil… Hence when I worked with Ranveer then, I got a culture shock.’

He went on to praise his leading star saying, ‘But then I realised that whatever energy he is bringing is to only enhance his performance. This kind of energy, I have never seen and I will never see. But all I know is Ranveer is the most indispensable character in RARKPK.’
Meanwhile, ‘Rocky aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani’ has continued to rake in the big bucks and also earn good reviews from fans and critics alike.
