Katrina Kaif took to her Instagram story to reveal her favorite dishes.

Katrina Kaif is an ardent fitness enthusiast. She not only exercises regularly but also has a clean and healthy diet to maintain her overall health. So much so that when asked about her favorite food, the diva made revelations that might surprise many of them quite a bit.

The Tiger 3 actress was doing an ‘ask me anything’ session on Instagram over the weekend when someone asked about her food preferences. The diva responded with a picture of the meal and wrote  “turai ki sabzi , ‘ phool gobhi ki sabzi ‘ and falling broccoli.

The photo she shared features all three dishes she mentioned in her answer – a comforting bowl of broccoli and non-spicy variations of  turai  (also known as tori or gourd) and white slider. .

Katrina’s favorite dish is definitely super healthy. Turai is low in calories and is a nutritional supplement to add to the diet for those looking to lose or maintain weight.
