The superstar was spotted watching the World Cup final match in Ahmedabad with his family. However, it was a video of SRK sitting beside Asha Bhosle has grabbed everyone’s eyeballs. The clip featured him helping the legendary singer, leaving the internet in total awe.

The clip in question was shared by industrialist Harsh Goenka on X (formerly Twitter), shows Shah Rukh seated between Asha Bhosle and BCCI Secretary Jay Shah. One can see the actor insisting on taking away an empty cup from the legendary singer and gets up to put it away. As he walks away with the cup, a man notices the superstar and takes away the cup from him.

Harsh captioned his post, ‘The only heartwarming scene I have seen in the #INDvsAUSfinal.’ Mr Goenka’s caption referred to India losing the match to Australia.

Following India’s defeat, SRK penned a heartfelt message as he wrote, ‘The way the Indian team has played this whole tournament is a matter of honour and they showed great spirit and tenacity. It’s a sport and there are always a bad day or two. Unfortunately it happened today….but thank u Team India for making us so proud of our sporting legacy in cricket…u bring too much cheer to the whole of India. Love and respect. You make us one proud Nation.’

The actor has two new releases this year and will be next seen in the film – ‘Dunki’, directed by Rajkumar Hirani. The movie is all set to hit the screens next month and it also stars Taapsee Pannu and Vicky Kaushal in key roles.
