Aryan Khan, son of Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan, was arrested by Narcotics Control Bureau officials in a drug-related case on October 3.

His bail plea was rejected with the next one to be heard on October 26 at the Bombay High Court. Shah Rukh Khan was spotted at Arthur Jail recently to visit Aryan Khan after a photo of him being distraught went viral. In the photo that has been making rounds on social media, a devastated and exhausted Shah Rukh Khan can be seen in a vehicle. With bloodshot eyes and puffed-up cheeks and eye bags, it looks like the actor has been crying non-stop. His hair looks messy and his beard too has turned white. Many have been claiming that the actor hasn’t been keeping well since his son’s arrest and alleged that the photo was taken recently.

Viral photo of Shah Rukh Khan with bloodshot eyes was not taken amid Aryan Khan’s arrest

However, another report claims that the viral photo of Shah Rukh Khan was not taken recently. Not only that but it was also photoshopped to look the way it did. Well, there you go!

About the Aryan Khan case

Reports state that a rave party was taking place in the late hours of October 2 on a cruise ship that was raided at the Mumbai Coast. The cruise was on its way on a “musical voyage” for three days. Several names from Bollywood – including Aryan Khan – were also aboard the cruise, along with people from the fashion and business industry. The NCB received an anonymous tip of banned drugs being used on the cruise. NCB officials, led by zonal director Sameer Wankhede, boarded the ship disguised as passengers to conduct the raid. Following the raid, Aryan Khan and eight others were detained. The star kid’s phone was seized. Reports claimed that the chats recovered indicated that he had been “regularly ordering and consuming” drugs. He was also taken for a medical test, however, reports of the same have not been published or shared with the public yet. He was later arrested under sections 8C, 20B, 27 and 35 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act.
