Two Songs From Allu Arjun’s Pushpa 2 Make It To YouTube’s 100 Top Global Charts

The audience is eagerly awaiting the release of Pushpa 2: The Rule, the highly anticipated sequel to the 2022 blockbuster Pushpa: The Rise. The makers have released two songs from the upcoming film, both turned out to be superhit chart toppers, increasing the already high buzz around the release. As per the new updates, the singles have achieved a new record globally, a first for an upcoming release. The new singles from Pushpa 2, Pushpa Pushpa and The Couple Song, have contributed to the film’s craze, becoming a fan favourite. The songs’ positions on global charts are a testament to its frenzy. As per the reports, the Hindi and Telugu versions of Pushpa Pushpa have entered the list of top 100 videos globally on YouTube. The Hindi version peaked at 57, while the Telugu version entered the list at 79 positions.

The single Sooseki is currently charting at number 3 position, while it peaked at an impressive number 2. In Hindi, the song was released as Angaaron (The Couple Song), which has amassed 31 million views since its release on May 29, while the Telugu version gained 50 million views. With all this, Pushpa: The Rule becomes the first ever film to have 4 songs in the top 100 music videos on the YouTube global charts.

As per more reports, the fans are commending the efforts of musician Devi Sri Prasad, the National Award winning name behind the songs.

Dubbed as an action-drama film, Puspa: The Rule is set to release on August 15. It is being helmed by Sukumar, who has also penned its screenplay as well as story. Allu Arjun, Rashmika Mandanna and Fahadh Faasil will reprise their roles from the original release. The cast also includes Jagadeesh Prathap Bandari, Jagapathi Babu, Prakash Raj, Anasuya Bharadwaj among many others. It is being produced by Naveen Yerneni and Yalamanchili Ravi Shankar under the banners of Mythri Movie Makers and Sukumar Writings. Devi Sri Prasad has composed the music, while the cinematographer is Miroslaw Kuba Brozek and the editing is being done by Karthika Srinivas and Naveen Nooli. Reportedly, the film is being made under a budget of Rs 500 crore.
