Amitabh Bachchan is hosting the 15th season of the popular game show. Currently, he is hosting the KBC Juniors segment.

Superstar Amitabh Bachchan is known to stay in touch with his social media fans or ‘Extended Family’ as he calls them. He often updates his blog late at night and sometimes tweets at midnight as well. During his recent episode of Kaun Banega Crorepati Junior, he was asked by a young contestant if his family members scolded him for using social media so late in the night.

Amitabh was playing the game with 12-year-old Arjun Tambadiya from Rajkot when the young contestant posed an interesting question to the superstar quiz master. He asked Amitabh, “You tweet so late at night. Doesn’t Jaya Madam, Abhishek bhaiya scold you?”

To this, an amused Amitabh cleverly replied, “I reply so late that they don’t get a chance to scold me.”

Amitabh’s reply left everyone, including Arjun, in splits. The actor also said in jest before hearing Arjun’s questions, “I am requesting the channel to find another anchor for the KBC junior week. I can’t play. They keep dropping bombs on me.”Amitabh Bachchan has been hosting Kaun Banega Crorepati since it started. Except for the 3rd season, which was hosted by Shah Rukh Khan, Big B has hosted all the remaining seasons of the show and continues to entertain his audience.

The actor was also achieved a new milestone with his fans as he completed 41 years in September of meeting fans on every Sunday. As part of his schedule, every Sunday fans gather outside Amitabh’s home Jalsa and the actor comes out and meets them.  He had tweeted a video of his Sunday ritual and written, “T 4780 – This Sunday .. 41 years ! Every Sunday ! Can never have enough emotion or words for this gratitude and love ..” He later also took to his blog to pen a heartfelt note about his fan ritual.”

The current and 15th season went on air on August 14 and recently aired its 73rd episode. On the film-front, Amitabh will soon be seen in Kalki AD 2898 which also stars Prabhas, Deepika Padukone and Kamal Haasan. He recently shot with Tamil supertar Rajinikanth, for their yet-to-be titled upcoming films.
