For the unversed, as per several reports, Amitabh Bachchan had not been following Aishwarya on IG. The caption of the post can be read as:

As soon as the screengrab made rounds on social media, netizens started bombarding the comment section. While some users got worried about whether everything was all right between Aishwarya and her in-laws, others straightforwardly claimed that neither Big B nor the actress ever followed each other on IG. Reacting to the screenshot, one user wrote, ‘Amitabh Bachchan has never followed Aish. However, Aish has never followed him too.’ Another user commented, ‘He has always been an egotistical man – he wouldn’t follow her if she doesn’t follow him back. It was only a month ago when Pakistani cricketer, Abdul Razzaq sparked a controversy by making a derogatory comment on Aishwarya Rai Bachchan. To this, Abdul said that captain, Younis Khan had good intentions, which motivated the entire team to perform well.
