A day after the video went viral, Vicky Kaushal reacted to the incident. Talking to the media on the green carpet of IIFA, Vicky stated that often things are not actually the same as they appear. Calling the whole fiasco an ‘unnecessary chatter’, the handsome actor stated:

‘A lot of times there is unnecessary chatter about things. There’s no point about it. Things don’t actually are as they seem in the video. There is no point in talking about that.’
