The most sought-after actress of Bollywood in recent times, Alia Bhatt, rang in her 31st birthday with her husband Ranbir Kapoor and family including Neetu Kapoor, Shaheen Bhatt, and Soni Razdan. She was also joined by her and Ranbir’s close friends Akash Ambani, Isha Ambani, and her husband Anand Piramal.
As the Kapoor and Bhatt families arrived at the Taj Mahal Palace in Mumbai on the eve of March 14 to celebrate the actress’ birthday, several pictures and videos captured by paparazzi started making rounds on the Internet, giving a glimpse of the delightful gathering.
In one of the videos, the Birthday Girl Alia Bhatt can be seen arriving at the hotel for a lavish dinner. Dressed in a golden asymmetrical tube top paired with denim jeans and elevated with matching stilettos, Alia radiated joy and charm as she waved at the photographers with a million-dollar smile on her face.
Another video displays the couple, along with their families and friends departing from the hotel. Ranbir Kapoor, dressed in an all-black ensemble, was captured bidding farewell to his guests and showering affection upon his sister-in-law, Shaheen Bhatt as he gave her a warm hug. As appears in the video, director Rohit Dhawan’s wife Jaanvi Dhawan also joined the couple for the celebration of Alia’s birthday.
On the professional front, Alia Bhatt was last seen in Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani alongside Ranveer Singh. Additionally, the actress recently wrapped up shooting for Jigra, which also stars Vedang Raina in a pivotal role. Announcing the same, the Gangubai Kathiawadi actress shared a candid picture with a short caption on her Instagram handle.
In the pictures, Alia and Vedang can be seen in a joyful mood as they sit beside each other. She wrote, “jigra oh… abki teri baari ho @vedangraina & that’s a film wrap on #JIGRA @vasanbala @swapsagram. See you soon… 27th September 2024 at a cinema near you.”
In addition to Jigra, Alia will also be a part of Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Love and War, headlined by Ranbir and Vicky Kaushal. The film will go on floors later this year.
