Darsheel Safary, who first gained fame as a child actor in the acclaimed 2007 film ‘Taare Zameen Par’ alongside Aamir Khan, has recently opened up about the buzz surrounding Aamir’s upcoming project, ‘Sitaare Zameen Par.’ Darsheel’s iconic portrayal of Ishaan Nandakishore Awasthi in the family drama has left a lasting impression.

In a recent interview with Indian Express, Darsheel Safary was asked about ‘Sitaare Zameen Par,’ which is set to be Aamir Khan’s next project. He shared that since the announcement, he has been inundated with calls and questions from fans, with many wondering if he would be part of the film.

Darsheel responded by saying, ‘I just tell them if it’s fate, we would definitely work in the future. I don’t know on which film, but we would.’

When questioned about whether the emergence of new actors and star kids in the industry creates competition and scares him, Darsheel admitted that he initially felt nervous. However, he has come to understand the requirements of the film industry and the need to fill certain voids.

He said that if it initially did, he would also get nervous. He said, ‘However, I have realized that there are certain requirements that the film industry has. There are voids that one needs to fill in.’

He also emphasized that once you find your place and have the talent and drive, the competition becomes less worrisome.
