In response to Old Town Road by Lil Nas X, Deepika admitted being clueless about the song but suggested her husband, Ranveer Singh, might be familiar with it.
The video, titled “DP asks Chat-GPT. Episode 1: What was the most famous song of each generation?” captures Deepika Padukone’s playful interaction with her team. Attempting to guess the most famous song of the ‘silent generation,’ she suggested Elvis Presley, only to be corrected by AI playing What a Wonderful Day by Louis Armstrong. Deepika agreed with Chat-GPT’s choice.
As the reel continued, she inquired about the ‘baby boomer’ generation, with Hey Jude by The Beatles playing. For Generation X, Smells Like Teen Spirit took the spotlight. Deepika, visibly enjoying herself, sang ‘Hotline Bling’ as the most famous song of the Millennial Generation. However, when Lil Nas X’s Old Town Road played for Generation Z, she confessed to being unaware of the track but speculated that her husband would know it.
Fans expressed delight at Deepika’s return to entertaining reels, with comments like “The reels are back!!!!” and “Missed these” flooding her Instagram.
