In the midst of the chaos, Tiger Shroff took a moment to address the gathered fans, apologizing for the inconvenience caused and expressing his gratitude for their enthusiasm. He described the experience of witnessing the energy of Lucknow as the most thrilling moment for him.

In an attempt to pacify the crowd, Akshay Kumar was heard urging people to remain calm and mindful of the presence of women and children in the vicinity. He appealed to the audience to exercise restraint and allow the event to proceed smoothly. He was heard saying, ‘Aap logon se haath jodd kar vinti hai please araam se, hum aapke yahan aaye hain hain, aapse milne, aapse baat karne, please apne aapko dekhiye, saath mein ladies bhi hain bachche bhi hain, main aapse request karta hun araam se.’
