Actors Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh are one of the most-adored couples in Bollywood. Fans often go gaga over their mushy posts for each other and their rare lovey-dovey moments. They have supported each other ever since they tied the knot in 2018 in a lavish intimate ceremony. The couple doesn’t leave any stone unturned when it comes to talking about their relationship. On one such occasion, Deepika had opened up how she knew her now-husband was special.

In an old interview with Jitesh Pillai, the actress was asked to recall the first time she knew that Ranveer was special. She explained how they both were at Yash Raj at the time shooting for different projects when he started flirting with her “like it’s nobody’s business.” Adding that he was dating someone else at the time, she expressed how she couldn’t stop smiling. She added, “I was smiling to myself and told him, ‘You are flirting with me. And he said no, I am not flirting.”
Well, the video is currently going viral on the subreddit Bolly Blinds N Gossip and netizens are having a field day mocking the actress for her answer. One said, “I hate to sound mean but she seems so empty headed.” Another said, “I guess it’s so normalised in their surroundings that they don’t even realise that other people (normal people) will perceive it negatively. Not her brightest moment.” Other one said, “lol! that’s a red flag!” One wrote, “Now I get why Anushka hates Deepika lol. Makes sense. No wonder KJO mentioned on his show that Anushka is not her friend and doesn’t like her.” 
On the work front, Deepika Padukone was last seen in Shah Rukh Khan’s comeback movie Pathaan. She has Hrithik Roshan starrer Fighter, Prabhas starrer Project K and the remake of The Intern, co-starring Amitabh Bachchan in the pipeline. On the other hand, Ranveer will be next seen in Karan Johar’s comeback directorial Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani alongside Alia Bhatt.
