Tiger 3 is part of Yash Raj Films’ spy-universe, which also features Hrithik Roshan’s War and superstar Shah Rukh Khan’s Pathaan.

It was a desi Avengers moment of sorts, as three stars of Bollywood were seen in one film- Tiger 3. Superstar Salman Khan’s latest actioner Tiger 3 which released on Sunday feature two scene-stealing appearances, one by Shah Rukh Khan and the other by Hrithik Roshan.

The third installment of the hugely successful franchise, Tiger 3 also stars Katrina Kaif and sees Emran Hashmi as an antagonist. The actioner is part of Yash Raj Films’ spy-universe, which also features Hrithik’s War and superstar Shah Rukh’s Pathaan.

Both Shah Rukh and Hrithik feature in Tiger 3 reprising their roles of spy agents Pathaan and Kabir. Hrithik’s guest appearance in the film has won praise from all quarter with fans especially noting how it sets up War 2. The next film in the spy-universe will feature a face-off between Hrithik and Jr NTR.

War 2 is being directed by Ayan Mukerji, who also shot the Hrithik sequence in Tiger 3, according to a Bollywood Hungama report. “Hrithik’s cameo in #Tiger3 is pure cinematic magic! His presence adds an extra layer of brilliance to an already spectacular film. An unforgettable surprise that elevates the excitement to new heights!” a user on X (formerly Twitter) wrote. Another tweeted, “This is just a tease, be ready for the Grand Comeback of #KABIR.”

Earlier this year, Salman featured as Tiger and made a special appearance in Shah Rukh’s Pathaan. The favours are exchanged this time around, as Pathaan makes a smashing entry in Tiger 3, which has also left the superstar’s fans highly impressed.

Another user noted how the chemistry between Shah Rukh and Salman continues to be in top form and joked, “Salman didn’t look at Katrina romantically in whole tiger 3 the way he looked at srk in the cameo.”

After a string of appearances, Shah Rukh and Salman will now reunite for a full-fledged film with Tiger vs Pathaan. The big actioner, which is set to go on floors in March 2024, will be directed by Siddharth Anand. The spy-universe post Tiger 3 will see War 2 and will also see a female-led spy film going on floors, which would be headlined by Alia Bhatt.

Hrithik, meanwhile, will be next seen in Fighter set to release in January 2024 while Shah Rukh will appear on the big screen again in December with Rajkumar Hirani directed comedy drama Dunki.
