Parineeti Chopra Talks About Camps And Politics In Bollywood; Internet Says 'Stop Playing Victim Game'

Parineeti Chopra is currently basking in the success of her film, Amar Singh Chamkila. The actress is receiving praise for her soul-stirring performance. Recently, she talked about politics and camps in Bollywood in a candid interview with Bollywood Hungama but the internet is not having any of it.

Instagram page @bollyygossips shared a few clips from the interview where Parineeti Chopra revealed that she was replaced in many films overnight. She said, ”I have much more potential than the position that I hold in the industry right now. People don’t judge me by the few choices that I made, they were bad choices. There are camps, circles and favourites. I’m doing a film and then a call happens or something changes and overnight that decision changes. I want equal opportunity”.

Many netizens asked her to ‘stop playing the victim card’ given Parineeti Chopra’s background. One user wrote, ”You are literally a nepo product who was backed up by YRF for 80%of her moviee & kept getting movies after so many flops accept your mediocrity” while another wrote, ”Imagine, a product of nepotism also feeling she’s not getting work as much as favourites. Where’s the room for real talent who don’t belong to film industry”.

On the other hand, many netizens started blaming Karan Johar and Alia Bhatt. One user commented, ”So true!! All thanks to Karan Johar!! All the deserving actors didn’t get their dues!” while another wrote, ”Parineeti was first choice for UDTA PUNJAB, HIGHWAY AND RRR but alia and Karan Johar snatched those Films from her”.
