In a shocking series of events, a TV actress featuring in Savdhaan India was caught in a sex racket

Now, this is a complete irony….

This is straight out of a crime pot-boiler. The Mumbai Police has busted a sex racket and arrested a couple of models. One of them is a well-known TV actor who is a regular on Savdhaan India. The kingpin of the racket is yet to be nabbed. The social service branch got a tip-off about a racket in the Goregaon area.

On getting this tip off, an undercover cop posing as a ‘supplier’ got in touch with people associated with the racket. After getting more concrete info, they raided a building near Film City and arrested two models and two men named Sayra and Ashraf alias Aman. Apparently, they used to share pics of the models/actors through social media sites. After a go-ahead from clients, the models were sent to them.

The police caught the TV actor and a female Marathi actor on the basis of information provided by Aman during the interrogation. A fee of Rs 50,000 to Rs 1 lakh per assignment was charged by the girls. The clients belonged to the corporate sector. A case has been registered and a further probe is on. More interrogation can spill out more details on the sex rackets prevalent in the industry.
