According to Housing.com, the property was a gift from Dubai-based real estate developer Nakheel PJSC, and is estimated to be worth around Rs 100 crore. Spread over 8,500 square feet, the two-storey villa comes with a private beach area, two remote-controlled garages, a private pool, and other luxurious amenities. Designed by Gauri Khan, the six-bedroom villa is as spacious and luxurious as Mannat.
